It will still allow rotation, but very little... Today, my goal was to get this beast stuck.. but I had great difficulty.. so I simulated getting stuck and learned MORE about my winch. I will be cutting the front bumper 1/2" .. and it will clear up any rubbage.. I can hardly wait for CREEK CRAWLING!
